Needs You — Saturday, Aug 1

Every open item that needs a human, from all 8 closed sessions + every live page. In order of impact. Checkboxes save on this device. Total: about 75 minutes of hands-on work.
Five AI lanes are running right now on everything that doesn't need you: restarting the two dead tracking feeds, recording the $806 Richard Woods job in the database, fixing the stalled page generator, switching the phone-agent's engine, and a read-only safety check of the follow-up message system. Nothing on this page is being done for you — it's all yours.

Part 1 — Money (7 min) · AI is not allowed to touch money

Pay Facebook $87 — then reply "relight" 3 MIN

Both ad accounts have been dark since Jul 29 over this. A $40.01 charge failed on the Mastercard ending 3716, plus a $46.74 balance. The Dallas ads are the only proven lead machine (~$25 per qualified lead) — every other plan starves while they're off. The relaunch at $50/day is staged; one word turns it back on.
  1. Ads Manager → Billing & payments → pay the failed $40.01 + settle the $46.74 balance.
  2. Reply "relight" here.
See the blocker on the priorities page

Buy the cold-email domain (~$12) 5 MIN

New domains need 3 weeks of warm-up before real sending — every day unpurchased pushes the first cold email past Aug 24. Buy a look-alike (e.g. getstpierre.com), never the main domain. The whole setup after purchase is staged and takes the agents ~10 minutes.
  1. Cloudflare → Register a domain → buy it.
  2. Add it as a secondary domain in Google Workspace, create akash@ that domain.
  3. Paste the Zone ID here — DNS, DKIM and warm-up are staged on the kit page.
See the kit's 5-minute purchase list

Part 2 — Messages (15 min)

Reply to 3 homeowners waiting in Messenger 10 MIN

Subhash Bhatia, Terry Williams and Mei Flower asked for estimates but the bot asked for ZIP before phone, so we have no number for them. Messenger is the only way back. Paste-ready copy is on the Unblock List (screenshot below — the local page on your Mac has the copy buttons).
See the Unblock List card

Text Dan — one message, already written 3 MIN

His booking link is the last missing piece before leads can book straight onto his calendar. Same text asks him to delete the ~5 test cards and answer four opens: the Anas Khwaja meeting, Richard's $806 proposal, Joseph Anwah's Southlake job, Sam Etoum's job.

Get Dan to answer his 4 waiting leads 2 MIN (his 10)

Alex Chang, Danny LaPorta, Tim Wines and Rocky Sanders sit unanswered on his portal — some since Jul 28. Response speed is the delivery leak; these are already paid for. One-tap outcome buttons are live on his page.

Part 3 — GoHighLevel clicks (25 min) · exact click paths on the Unblock List

FIRST: switch OFF the armed 12-email sequence 2 MIN

12 emails you never reviewed will auto-fire at the next call booking. Workflow "SP — Pre-Call Nurture (12) — 2026-07-22" → toggle Off. Do this even if you skip everything else today.

The other four GHL jobs, one sitting 20 MIN

  1. Build Jean's 5-text follow-up cadence (texts pre-written, ~15 min).
  2. Switch ON the escalation receiver "SP Shim - Bot Handoff Forwarder" (1 click — escalations currently go nowhere).
  3. Booking calendar: Google Meet → Phone call.
  4. Paste the strict "is this a real lead?" check (loose counting inflates ~90% vs true ~69%).

Create a fresh GoHighLevel API key 3 MIN

The stored key stopped working — the agents are blind to automation logs until you mint a new one. Creating credentials is a humans-only rule.

Part 4 — Facebook clicks (10 min)

Claim pages, connect Instagram, add 2 tracking sources 10 MIN

  1. Claim the TX + Austin pages; grant "spai msngr su" full control on all four (Houston + San Antonio are stuck on this).
  2. Connect Instagram to the Dallas account (message-access toggle on) — IG DMs currently bounce.
  3. Create the 2 messaging tracking sources (Texas + Austin).

Part 5 — One-word approvals · say the word, it's staged

Seven staged items, each one word 5 MIN

  1. "approved" on the Dallas proof pack ($24.59/qualified lead) — this unlocks the partner pitches and gives the call block its proof number.
  2. "relight" — after the $87 payment (Part 1).
  3. "send the held leads" — pushes 5 held leads into Dan's job system. Heads-up: this one can't be undone.
  4. "wire delivery" — auto-delivery fix that takes qualified→delivered from 47% to ~90%.
  5. "start the worker" — restarts the rebuilt background automation (currently paused on purpose).
  6. "send the apologies" — 4 drafted texts to homeowners who sat cold.
  7. "import the keeps" — 9 projects onto the Linear board.
  8. "finish the pages" — the San Antonio + Houston Facebook pages are fully set up and one command from live (the page factory only looks broken because you paused the scheduled-task rail Jul 29 — nothing is actually wrong with it).
See the staged-approvals page

Part 6 — Three real decisions

Offer wording — pick ONE 2 MIN

The call script says "zero upfront" while email 3 says "$2,000 refundable deposit." They can't both go out.
Recommendation: the $2,000 refundable deposit — it already won the Jul-31 comparison, filters tire-kickers, and matches the guarantee math ($20K sales in 30 days or refund).

Ad strategy — pixel conditioning vs. test-everything 2 MIN

The Haynes material argues for feeding Facebook only your best-quality leads on a seasoned account; the house doctrine says test wide. They pull opposite directions on the same account.
Recommendation: pixel conditioning on CL Dallas only (it has real conversion history now), keep test-wide for any new market. Revisit after 2 weeks of relit spend.

Follow-up ladder — on or off 1 MIN

The staged follow-up message ladder stays off until you call it. A read-only safety check of its enrollment scope is running today.
Recommendation: ON — but only after the 12-email pack is switched off (Part 3) and today's safety check comes back clean. Sequenced, not simultaneous.

Part 7 — Phone & setup (10 min)

Create the "St. Pierre HQ" Telegram group 4 MIN

The one human blocker for running the whole operation from your phone. Turn Topics on, add the assistant bot as admin with Manage Topics. Step-by-step phone guide is saved at _deliverables/2026-08-01/sow-cutover/telegram-hq-setup.html on your Mac.

Check your phone: 7 test texts + 2 bot self-tests 4 MIN

Confirm the 7 test texts from (626) 325-0175 arrived. Then run the two self-tests wired to your number: message the homeowner bot end-to-end, and text STOP to the contractor bot to confirm the opt-out works.

Optional: 3 callbacks + the call block when ready

Callbacks: Danny LaPorta 469-261-3962 (asked for after noon), Sam Etoum, Spencer Johnson. And the 40-account contractor call block is loaded — 15 dials/day, 9:20–10:40 window, script ready.
See the call block pack
Daily habit reminder: the 5-item punch list lives on command home — red numbers, homeowner replies, ten partner calls, ad batch, cash collection.
